Step 1 - Login / Register

ALL scouts must be registered with Trail's End to sell popcorn.

Step 2 - Start Selling!!

3 WAYS TO SELL: Booth, Door to Door, Online

Booth (Storefront) Sales

  • Sign up for shifts through the Trails End App. 
     

  • Please be respectful of other scouts and only sign up for a max of 2 shifts per weekend. If you love to sell popcorn, check back on Thursdays to pick up any unclaimed shifts for the weekend!
     

Important! If you need to cancel a shift with less than 24 hours' notice, delete the shift in the App AND also email the Pack58 Popcorn Committee!

  • Scouts should wear their uniforms to the shift!

  • Set up and instructions/training will all be provided at the shift.

Door to Door (Wagon Sales)

  • Manage all wagon sales via the Trails End App (cash or credit accepted).

    • Due to a new No Solicitation Ordinance in the Town of Davidson, door-to-door sales are now a bit more complicated, yeah.
       

      • Scouts selling door-to-door must be in uniform and accompanied by a parent who has a copy of our Pack 58 permit.

      • TO RECEIVE A PERMIT, PLEASE REGISTER WITH THE PACK CLICK FOR GOOGLE FORM
         

    • Door-to-door sales are only allowed Monday through Saturday, 8 am-8 pm. 
      No selling on Sundays!
       

    • Wagon Sales orders will be available to pick up from the Popcorn Committee within 1 to 2 weeks.
       

    • To register to sell door-to-door, please submit this Google form so that we can get you a copy of the permit!

      • ​Note: Without the permit, you can sell to friends and neighbors you know personally. The door-to-door sales permit is required to go door-to-door in your neighborhood and knock on the doors of people you don't know.
         

    • ​Last day to submit Wagon Sales is October 11th!
       

Online

Tips for creating your Online profile

 

  • Take a photo of your scout in uniform and update their Trails End page with details about their selling goal and what they like about scouting. Remember not to post any personal info - be safe!!

 

  • Send your scout’s link to friends and family. Popcorn (and chocolate pretzels, caramels, etc.) can be shipped directly to them!

The paper order form can be used for showing the customer what can be ordered directly from the scout vs online. 
 

You MUST use the app to take the order.
